Great Gatsby estilo Girard

I don't know why I've never noticed this set of eyes painted on the wall of the courts by 14th and Girard NW in D.C. I pass this everyday, but I think that park is usually locked. This reminds me of my experience Sunday. I walked by SO many city parks with locked bathrooms and I was dying to pee. It also make me think of the locked park at the end of my street. It is supposedly taped off due to lead contamination, but there was a push far before that to keep people out, in the interest of . . . appearances I guess.
Anyway, whovever painted this did a niiice job, I just hope a bunch of people get to see it.
